An enjoyable stay at a suite

We got a suite for 2 nights on the 11th floor. The hotel has a great location right near the beach and promenade. It is also close to other area amenities. Alexandra and Ronit took great care of us! Reserving taxis for us, answering questions, sending a bellhop on time to bring our luggage, and just being always available and pleasant! The food at the hotel is very good and offers a great variety. Computers with printers are available to guests 24/7 We will definitely return to Metropolitan Hotel now that we know what a great experience it offers for a reasonable rate! Thank you!

Room tip: high floors have nice views of Mediterranean and city

I want to thank Mashharawl Ahmad and mangement to know how much his help to get the correct votage connection.

Mashharawi Ahmad ( nite manager) was a great help to a lady traveling without the correct voltage. to connect a curling iron. He did a great job and was so super nice , I would recommend this Hotel to others traveling to Isreal. Thanks again for a nice trip.

Excellent service

The reception and assitance provided by Ahmed the night duty manager was very helpful. The hotel is well Locatel near the Beach. The room is simple but is confortable it has every thing. The room was not so celan.

very pleasant atmosphere and exellent service

rooms are clean. we had a mini-suite (two rooms with a common door)for 3 person.
Each room has its own set of toilet and bathroom.
Dinner was very tasty and various.
All our requests, like call taxi, directions for driving were answered on the place.

Customer Service Makes it 5-Stars,

Exceptional customer service. Left Sun glasses in Jerusalem and they called them to help get them back. Great restaurant recommendations. Late check out until 2pm at no charge. About 2 block in from the Mediterranean. Manager was excellent and willing to help, not always the case in Israel. Buffet breakfast had a nice variety. Airline crews where staying there, which is always a good sign.
