The setting, on the roof of the Carlton Hotel, is gorgeous. The wine was terrific. Our Arabic Salad starter was delicious and very fresh. While the rest of the meal and service was totally professional, we found the food a bit complicated for our taste. Still, it's a great setting for a business meal or a romantic dinner. We would go back! Reservations are a must.

What a treat! How many times have you walked out of a celebrity chef's restaurant only to be disappointed by lackluster staff and a once creative but somewhat tired menu? Blue Sky by Meir Adoni is anything but disappointing. From the knowledgeable and professional wait staff, to the unique cocktails and creatively conceived and regularly changed menu, this is one of the best dining experiences in Israel. Highest recommendation.

I have been to this restaurant a few times, always for business. It is really good fine food. I would recommend getting seating outside, if it is a nice day it is really idyllic.

This is not your average brunch place. The buffet comes to the table with some classics like shakshuka and eggs Benedict with a Meir Adoni twist. Other tapas like the stuff grape leaves and cabbage we're too small to share. Some like the grouper meatballs seemed slightly heavy for brunch. The chocolate creek brûlée with figs was a-mazing. Overall a delightful dining experience with great views of Tel Aviv and the sea. However, it was really hot in the restaurant and they needed to pump up the A/C.
