I absolutely love going to the Claro restaurant at the Sarona Compound. Whether it's breakfast, biz lunch or dinner, the food is always inspiringly delicious. The farm to table veggies are to die for and the whole wheat focaccia is an absolute must. Spent early Valentines eve at the bar which was packed by 7:30 and the professional barmen and cooks in the open kitchen were a pleasure to watch. Claro is simply a symphony of clouts, tastes and sounds that always manage to come together in perfect harmony no matter the dissonance. Surely one of the best restaurants in culinary Tel Aviv, don't miss it if you're a foodie and design junkie!
