We heard good things about Onza, and decided to try it out. It turned to be a very nice restaurant, in the romantic alleys of the flea market in Jaffa.
Our waiter was very helpful and attentive, and happily recommended and explained the different dishes. The food was excellent - delicate tastes, lovely way of serving. The dishes were medium in size, but that was okay. We really enjoyed the "Egg from the Kitchen Market" dish, which was very flavorful. The Burnt potato and red tuna salad was good, although serving the potato in a higher temperature would make it even better. The Lahmi Bajin was excellent as well. The Polenta was very tasty, but cooled down faster than we had hoped.
We also had a couple of cocktails, which were okay, and desserts, which were very good and not too sweet.
All in all we had an excellent time, enjoyed the place, the service and the food, and highly recommend it!
