The breakfast buffet was sublime. Some of the best food I've had in the am in a while. The service however was terrible. The waitresses were either pretending to be too busy or standing around playing with their phones. Zero attentiveness

Just avoid standard rooms unless a single person, pokey & absolutely no place to unpack suitcase or leave suitcase without tripping over. Such a shame at a high enough price to be more then uncomfortably tiny.

Room Tip: Just not standard

This beautiful hotel is located in a great neighborhood next to the flee market, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was truly wonderful . The only thing was the size of our room (standart). It was tiny... We could hardly move . Luckily we came for one night , don't know where does a dissent suitcase would fit in.

This hotel is a real treasure. Very nice interieur design and beautiful, tasteful rooms. Make sure you book it with breakfast. It’s the best breakfast we ever had. Lots of variety like bulgur salad, fresh green salad, avocado, cheese, vegetables, really good bread. Taste the shakshuka, it’s tomato sauce with egg or spinach with cheese if you don’t like eggs. It’s the perfect way to start your day. The staff is one of the best we ever experienced. They make you feel at home. Very welcoming and helpful. If we could we would give the staff 10 stars out of five. They have a happy hour from 5 to 7 pm with free wine, beer and snacks. You also get water and towels when you go to the beach. The area Jaffa is a very nice part of Tel Aviv. From the hotel the flea market and other lovely shops and boutiques are around the corner. There are a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. The beach is just 5 minutes away. We absolutely recommend this hotel.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel but generally positive. The positives are the location is excellent you’re right in the middle of old JAF FA and you can easily walk into downtown Tel Aviv. Another positive is a fantastic breakfast one of the best anywhere. And the third positive is Avi, the manager, he will do everything to help you very positive and good suggestions..

Now the negatives. The waitstaff in the breakfast room is OK typical for Israel. Service in Israel is simply not great and they do not go out of their way to make you feel great. Secondly the hotel is cute but the rooms need to be freshened up. I had a lot of water stains on the ceiling and it looked kind of crappy. But the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were nice and the showerhead in the bathroom is excellent.

So that’s my take. there were pluses and minuses here great location great food great manager at the front desk so so service rooms that need to be freshened up. Also this neighborhood is bustling it’s kind of a hipster neighborhood now with lots of great restaurants lots of nightlife and very active so if that’s not your thing you might want to stay at the Hilton or another big hotel on the beach which is a little quieter.
