It is a cruelty to send people to the Sulaf Luxury Hotel. Management and staff seem to have no knowledge of running a hotel and no interest. Some rooms have no windows (they open onto brick walls) and the heating in all is controlled at the desk. One has to ask very nicely to have heat in the rooms. We (and others) had paid for dinners in advance, which meant the hotel had no incentive to produce them and would not have done without ferocious complaint. As the restaurant was open only for breakfast, we were left to eat in the foyer, alongside the open hotel door. The waiter seems to have been the cook, there was no choice of food and what was produced was likely to be inedible. This is a horrible, horrible hotel.

Room Tip: Reject the room you are first allocated, demand a proper window and heat.

Lovely and comfortable stay at this place. Stayed there for 4 days and it was great, just a thing which I felt coulda have been better was there breakfast buffet. Everyday it was exactly the same no changes at all. It concentrated more on the local cuisine and very less option for foreign people. Nevertheless I enjoyed it. It’s right in the middle of everything so that’s a win :)

We checked in one cold evening, but were a little disappointed in the room. It was puny, and with a three year old, it just wasn’t good enough. We asked to change and they complied the next day and accommodated us in a bigger more spacious room. Boom! Paradise for my active little one. No bathtub, tv doesn’t work all that well, breakfast choices very limited, but all that pretty much gets compensated by friendly staff and the good location of the hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern facilities including very good internet. The bed was very comfortable and out room, at the side was quiet. The breakfasts are good and the hotel is well located for restaurants and takeaways.
