The hotel was fine. The room clean. We even had bedside reading lamps though you had to wiggle the cords at times to get them to work. The door lacked a safety latch. Breakfast was included and it was adequate but not very exciting. Missed good whole wheat bread. The selections in the dining room were limited but the staff tried to accommodate us. A bottle of beer - small- was outrageous expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was not very centrally located and we had to take a taxi everywhere we wanted to go. Because of the location I would not return to this hotel.

We stayed for one night which included dinner and breakfast. When we checked our room, the window latch was missing, and would not latch. Dinner buffet was very limited.
Breakfast buffet was also cold and some of the hot foods were cold. Not the best experience. Whole hotel smelled of smoke including the room. We were glad to leave.

This hotel is very basic with basic breakfast and rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with our late arrival.
Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. We didn't have any towels in the room but a quick call to reception and this was sorted. There's a little shop in the hotel for nic naks and toiletries which is helpful, no water in the rooms we brought ours at breakfast.

Room: OK, Breakfast: OK, Bed: OK, Shower: OK

Rooms just need a make over. They look old.

We stayed 2 nights. First night was on the third floor. Bed was almost like a trampoline.
Second night we stayed on the 6th floor. Beds were a lot better and also the shower had more pressure.

Breakfast is OK. Not a lot to choose from.

You can go to several shopping malls in about 2 minutes by Taxi.

The hotel has a great staff who were wonderful. We stayed 9 nights and were pleased. The rooms are clean but need maintenance. That is not unusual for a hotel of this age in this country. The rate was very good but for that, you are not going to get a true non-smoking room. To get that you really need a non-smoking floor but as the central waiting area, where you can smoke, is open to all the rooms you simply can not get a non-smoking experience. It filters through the AC. The beds had good mattresses. I had been in two other countries prior to this and the mattresses were terrible so it was nice to have. I think you would have to pay MUCH more to get a hotel with a real non-smoking floor. Everywhere we went, no matter where, had non-smoking areas that were ignored. It's just not going to happen in the Middle-East. The breakfast was available pretty much as long as people were sitting there. I'm not sure the actual hours. It's ok but not great. They would bring you fried eggs if you asked. That was a nice touch. The in-house dinner was set, expensive and not good. Dried out chicken breast. A great thing was the shower water got hot instantly and never changed. The hotel is located on the 4th circle so it was really good for our purposes. It's not far to get downtown or up to eighth circle quickly in a taxi. I wouldn't suggest renting or driving in Amman unless you are used to the kind of driving they do. Plus it's very difficult to get around. You miss one turn and you've got a ways to turn around to get back. Taxis are relatively cheap and they have Uber-esk types of options. It's a little more expensive but waaaaaay nicer cars. Overall I would recommend this hotel for very budget conscious looking for good customer service and clean rooms. If you can't deal with smoke you shouldn't stay here...or go to the Middle East.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the highway are quieter
