I attended a conference in Abu Dhabi and stayed for a week at this hotel. The service was very poor. The water was extremely cold, hence I could not even enjoy a proper shower. Many times when I required something, like an iron or a kettle, it was never brought to me, after asking several times. The hallway was very untidy. Dirty dishes would lay for almost two days, I found this very unhygenic. This hotel deserves 1 star. I wouldn't recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel and for a tourist it is in a great location , the staff was very friendly and polite , The housekeepers were very good and my room was always clean and tidy ,Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Everyone was made to feel extra special.

Room Tip: any room !!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms not cleaned adequately. Dirty carpet and stairway with trays of discarded rubbish plates of food etc abandoned in the corridors. Staff generally friendly. Pool adequate. But when you arrive back after a tiring day and all the towels and toilet roll has gone and you have to wait for hours for housekeeping to come with more....well it's frustrating. This happened every day of our stay! I am still waiting for the promised plug (promised 5 days ago) so I can use the bath!

One star
One pillow
One towel (except for the night that there was zero towel). Crazy to be in a hotel and have to ask the front desk for a towel after you wash your face.. that sucked. Not even a hand towel? Maybe it helps to save water.

I guess one to one is pretty literal, worst place I’ve stayed in the Emirates.

The staff were nice, decent gym, cold omelets.

Most of the time if we go to Abu Dhabi we prefer to stay in this hotel.

Although this time it was a bit frustrating. We booked for a non smoking room but since we requested for twin beds we were given a smoking room instead otherwise we have to wait till 2 pm. No choice but to grab it so that we could at least rest for a while since it is too hot outside.

I would like to commend Jovy for helping us with checking in and Kidar for helping us with the luggages and fill in the lacking items in the room.

The hotel is good since it is quiet. You will have privacy and has a swimming pool for kids to enjoy.

The bad side is when we enter the room that was assigned to us... it was not that clean and organized. The lamps are not that arranged. No water heater no cups just a bottle of water in the room no tissue box and they are so stingy with toiletries. TV channels were limited, we just needed MBC 2 for movies but it is not available. We have to request for the flat iron and ironing board which they provide but the iron is defective although we were able to make use of it. We requested for another pair of slipper but was not provided. We waited long before our request was given. The room was stale and smelling damp, its good i brought my air freshener with me which i always do to freshen up the room's smell. There were no green apples or chocolates to welcome you. Actually this is what my kid is looking forward to when he hears one to one hotel.

Service is deteriorating as what i observed.
