It was really a bad experience with reception...Even though v hd all d necessary documents to show, all d confirmation details they cd ask for, still v r asked to wait for half an hour at 12 am (supposedly no rush time) and then whn v were smwht annoyed with it, our case was handed over to next receptionist...Receptionist Mr. Yash had gvn us d room saying tgat they hv all d rooms already booked so he will tk extra efforts or pity on us by gvn us d room which v hd already booked...and also asked for extra taxes and VAT and tourism taxes and bla bla.
When we denied him and said that while booking the hotel ,v hd already paid whtevr taxes were asked..and v r ready to pay only d tourism taxes which was expected to pay at the property on online booking thing..so v did that...its just fooling ur customer and just extract whtevr amount of money u cn from ur customer...
Otherwise hotel was good, ambience was good , room service was good.. Ultimately why v prebooked any hotels so that u dnt hv headaches at arrival...

We were told we have been upgraded to a business class room with a great sea view. This was great until we got to the room which I believe no one has been inside for a few weeks at least. It is dusty and there are flies in the room. Luckily we are only here for a couple of hours!

Had hoped for great things here as this place came recommended. Sadly pretty disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

We had a 2 night stay with the family in adjoining rooms.

In summary

Positives

Lovely large rooms
Superb buffet breakfast with attentive very pleasant staff
Great pool guys... Lifeguards were lovely
Fairly pleasant pool and beds. Could always get a bed
Generally all staff very nice indeed
Super comfy beds and large size

Negatives

Dirty room-filthy valance round brd, sticky light switches, 2 dirty cups
No literature in room about breakfast times or actually anything to so with the hotel at all
Carpets unclean
Inconsistent stocking up of milk tea etc... Poor service

All in all not what I would expect from Radisson Blu having stayed in others. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend...... felt like a 3 star
