The experience at this hotel was wonderful.
Courteous friendly staff, great security, clean and safe environment. Was an excellent choice of stay for my first time in Columbia. I will definitely try to be here again on my trip back.

Only one issue. Room service or ordering food at the lounge downstairs takes a very very very very long time. I ordered room service 11:40pm and received after 1am. I ordered food at the lounge and it took about 45 minutes. Last, English is my native language and it got frustrated at times trying to explain.

Excellent attention to detail, wonderful breakfast buffet, complimentary drink at the bar,very clean rooms, great shower pressure, room service was over the top. I would definitelyrecommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogota.

Very comfortable place, well located in a main avenue; the room was a little noisy due to I had a view to the main avenue; nice staff always ready to help you. We arrived around 3:00 PM and waited around 30 minutes to get our rooms, but that was the situation in our hotel was really good.

Very comfortable. The staff was consistently helpful, pleasant to interact with each shift. Many went out of their way to assist my daughter and I during our visit. The room was very nice, comfortable bed and room in general. The taxis stationed at the hotel were the best!
