Very good overall, including services, courtesy, professionalism, cleaness, excellent breakfast, information about Bogota such as tours and personnel well informed . Its location makes it easy to reach all the interest points of the city

We had a great stay, the place was clean, service was above average and location was good too. I would have liked better breakfast options but that's only me nitpicking. Beds were comfy and the double glassed windows helped minimize exterior noise.

I went outside just a couple of feet from the hotel just to take some photos of the scenery.The security guard saw me when i walked out ,not even 5 minutes when i was going back in,he asked do i stay here.He got co-worker to ask me in english.I showed them my door room pass key and they still asked for my room number. If i should you my pass thats all should have been asked. If i was white this would never had happened to me. Then you have nerves to tell me its cost me$33 everytime i have a guest up in my room,just to hangout,not to stay over. The first time i stayed here ,it was great no problems.Now this was and is my last time ever staying here.I refused to be treated in a disrespectful manner,especially when i am spending my hard earn money in your establishment.I will never stay here zgain and i definitely will tell all my friends do not stay at this hotel.I guess when you changed the nameof your hotel,you changed your customer service from great to horrible!!!!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was very good and restaurant was also very clean. Had dinner at bar one night and food and service was great!

I had to change my room because of the street noise, the room was clean although small, the breakfast buffet good though they had someone making omelettes in the mornings for the first 2 or 3 days that I was there then suddenly that person was gone and they replaced the omelettes with scrambled eggs.
