Spend 1 night there. The room (junior suite) was big and clean. The staff very friendly and speaks English fluently.
Breakfast included was good. Nice view on the Oldtown from the terrace.

Transport to the airport was great, on ordered time, for 20GEL.

Bad thing, at that general price, coffee and tea were not free. Somehow, it lacked a bit atmosphere despite the good localization.

The location is great if you want to explore the old city, price is decent, breakfast is very simple so we prefer to eat outside in the morning, the room was big and clean but seems outdated, and the staff was friendly,

Our group has stayed here many times for the past 4 years since 2013...while the hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms are very clean, staff is excellent, and the morning breakfast offers a nice variety of hot and cold items to choose from. the hotel is close to Old Tbilisi and the metro/subway so it is easy to get around.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 4th floor same as restaurant and front desk.

As said earlier, the location is good enough. Staff was so friendly and room was okay. Little bit overpriced, though. Can highly recommend anyway. The breakfast was tasty and there was a nice view from the breakfast room.

The review will be simple:
"+"
1) location location location - the right place to explore the Old city
2) good beds
3) breakfast did not disappoint
4) restaurant has a sick view on Old city

"-"
1) thin walls - literally could hear somebody's dirty little secrets and alarm
2) there was a smell in washroom all the time might be some problems with sewage system
3) view from the window - old break wall, thought it was an abandon house but people hang out the laundry...

Stated 4 days, of course we were mainly out in the city and travelling across Georgia but it was nice to come back to this tiny hotel.
