We are 6 friends that came to visit Georgia for 2 weeks. This recommendation is a summarized of all of us' reviews of the hotel.
The hotel is on the third and fourth floors. Reception is on the fourth floor. There is a small elevator but to reach it you need to climb 5 stairs.
Located about 15 minutes' walk from the old city.
All the rooms that we received were big and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is clean and in reasonable size.
Breakfast is served on the fourth floor with a great view to the old city.
The diversity of the breakfast is good also during our 14 days visit we ate better breakfasts.
The room where breakfast is served is very small. When we came to eat (around 8:00) there were no room for us to sit. The tables were dirty and only when we asked the staff to clean them so we can sit and eat they did that. There were not enough cutlery, plates and food. Too bad but I believe that if the room wasn't so crowded we could enjoy breakfast.

The price is good, the location is great, the rooms are big and nice. The view of the Narikala fortress from the breakfast balcony is amazing. The staff was very helpful with trying to find a taxi for us, when the car that we ordered for driving to Armenia, never showed up.

We booked 1 night here, before moving on to Betsy's. The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the cable car station which will take you up to Narikala Fortress. The breakfast room was lovely, with an outdoor terrace and great view of the city. The staff were very helpful and polite.Somewhat bizarrely, the hotel reception is on the 4th floor. Our room on the 1st floor was a good size, but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The A/C unit had a disturbing neon flashing display, which we decided to switch off in order to sleep. This hotel was fine for an overnight stay, but I would not have wanted to stay longer.

Room Tip: Each floor had different pricing, with higher floors costing more.

Spend 1 night there. The room (junior suite) was big and clean. The staff very friendly and speaks English fluently.
Breakfast included was good. Nice view on the Oldtown from the terrace.

Transport to the airport was great, on ordered time, for 20GEL.

Bad thing, at that general price, coffee and tea were not free. Somehow, it lacked a bit atmosphere despite the good localization.

The location is great if you want to explore the old city, price is decent, breakfast is very simple so we prefer to eat outside in the morning, the room was big and clean but seems outdated, and the staff was friendly,
