We choose this hotel due to its central location, within walking distance to the famous Myrongdong street as well as easy access between Chungmuro & Myeongdong stations. We took the airport train from Incheon Airport to Seoul Station, then transit to Chungmuro Station (Line 4). Make sure you choose exit which heading to the police station. Average room size. Practical toilet layout with bidet. We were given complimentary Innisfree face mask, which really was a nice touch. The toiletries were Innisfree as well. Breakfast was more or less the same everyday. The free self-laundry service was a plus since we were staying there for quite a while. We booked the DMZ tour from the hotel, it was easy breasy. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We stayed in the business double room for 8 nights and hotel provided us with a crib for our baby. The hotel is convenient as it is close to three stations and serves as a good starting point for exploring Seoul. The walk to myeongdong is about 10minutes. If you are coming to Seoul purely for shopping, you may perhaps find it is a little too far out. Lots of restaurants nearby and away from the madness of myeongdong. Nice rooftop garden and we always had the same view from our room. The room itself was spacious and clean. There is a washing and dryer for guests to use in the basement free of charge. This was helpful as we were travelling with a young infant. Good value for money and certainly exceeded expectations of a 3star hotel. Hotel does not offer transfers but organised a taxi to the airport for us. It cost 65,000won which equals to about £45. Overall we enjoyed our stay as it was an excellent base for exploring and the room was clean and comfy. We would recommend this hotel to others.

It was our first time in Seoul and I find this hotel very nice. Easy access to everything and lots of restaurants around. It's around 10-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district. Lots of street food and all kinds of stuff in Myeongdong. The room is spacious and very clean. I would stay here again.

My 2nd time flying to Seoul and this is the 2nd hotel I booked. Close to the Myeongdong District probably around 10 minute walk. There are a bunch of restaurants near the hotel.
Room is big and tidy! A bit of a hassle with the reception as they don't attend to your queries that important. Had my room up for cleaning but did not clean when we get back and got a reason of because there is a cut off (we had the room for cleaning ready by lunch) for letting the housekeeping know you'll have your room cleaned. This is my first time hearing such a thing. They did clean the room after a few exchanges.

Stayed here recently for 9 nights. Reasonably priced for where it was and what it offered. Conveniently located near Myeongdong shopping area and the subway (15 minutes walk) without sacrificing quality.

Pros:
- Great Service - everyone at the counter spoke English very well and were as friendly as non-Americans can be (face it, American customer service generally are the most outwardly friendly, even if fake). We mentioned that the room smelled of gas at one point and they quickly checked it out and when we returned, asked us how it was and what they noted was the cause. My gf told them it was my birthday and they had a bottle of wine for us; too bad i don't drink at all, but still a nice gesture. I was sick the entire time and so i had them change the sheets almost every time and they didn't bat an eye.
- Clean & efficient set up - room was large enough with a desk and a large bed, large tv, and decently sized bathroom for Asia. Fixtures were all new since this is a pretty new hotel, so everything was spotless. Bed was excellent as were the pillows. Bath tub fits a normal human being, and the toilet has an electronic seat with bidet, etc. Very nice - knows when you sit down and auto flushes when you get off. Toiletries are Innis Free - smelled really good, but i really wish all hotels would do away with the tiny plastic bottles - such a waste of plastic - just install the dispensers onto the wall and refill the liquid. Will always be a minor quip of mine. Safe works, small fridge to store stuff, but no microwave. View from my room is of the city - very meh in my mind.
- Convenience - 15 min walk (which for me is nothing) to Myeongdong and tons of shopping. Close to the subway as well. Some good food nearby and plenty of cafes (Luft for example) to choose from.
- Rooftop area - nice place to take in the view and enjoy the sun. Can bring food up there and it's nice.

Cons:
- Limited room service. I was sick 9 days out of the 10 and was essentially bedridden. You're kinda screwed if you need dinner.
- Walls are a biiiit thin. You can hear people next door more-so than i've experienced at other hotels - the lucky thing is that asian tourists tend to be more quiet than others, so, good luck.

Other:
- Minimalistic room decor - personally, i don't care at all, but just listing this here in case people do care.
- Gym - didn't get to use it b/c i was sick, but it's minimalistic in what you get (treadmills).

Conclusion:
Had a great stay honestly as I'm the type that loves to walk around and as long as it's reasonably close to a hot area, i'm good. Everything was clean, great service, great bed (very important) and near solid food choices. Would definitely stay there again, i just hope next time i'm not sick as a dog.
