My wife and I were vacationing in Cairo for our wedding anniversary and chose the Four Seasons to be our relaxation point in the midst of a very chaotic city. We stayed in the Junior Suite over looking the city. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was amazing. To highlight the positives the hotel felt very safe and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the 8 Chinese restaurant was one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been too. I would love to highlight the special service and attention that assistant manager Engy El Sayed paid my wife and I during breakfast, she was by far the most welcoming person we met in Cairo.
The negatives were with a hotel so large, we felt just like another number, e.g. our hotel room number. The hotel could do a better job in helping guests avoid the local scams, i.e. the Taxi and Pyramid notorious scam where they take guests to locals and have them pay for horses/camels and inflated fake tickets prices.More
