Description: Here at Zooba, we turn familiar Egyptian street food on its head (and dress it up a little, too). We use only the freshest local produce to create simple, flavorful, gourmet dishes. We don't just use locally-sourced products in our food; we also reclaim local materials and found objects to create an eclectic dining space that pays homage to the creative resourcefulness and colorful spirit of the Egyptian people.

once you enter the place you feel the Egyptian folkloric time , the colors of the decor gives the impression of happiness and you can have several fantastic photos regarding the food , ouhh nothing can describe it although it is normal Egyptian food such as beans , green bean and cheese , but the taste and what an amazing taste once you start eating
you can sit for an hour just eating and enjoying taste if you go there definitely you have to try molten cheese and the cheese with tomatoes , you may say that i'm over
describing but once you eat it you will understand what i meant.
the place is suitable for breakfast or dinner also if you have a foreigner friend you have to invite them there they gonna enjoy either the food or the decor
service is quick on ordering and after you finish but if the place is crowded it may be little bit late but with an apology from the stuff

The first time I had breakfast in Zooba I fell in love with it. I always go to the branch in Maadi but couldn't find it listed here.
The restaurant's layout combines between modern and old Egyptian style. The menu has a list of traditional Egyptian breakfast dishes to choose from served in simple metal dishes with the traditional Egyptian Baladi bread. The waiters are friendly and it is always a delight to start your day with a hearty breakfast at Zooba. Some people also go there for lunch, since they serve Koshari or for dinner. When in Cairo make sure to put it on your list of places to go to.
