“Tour in Egypt with Mimmo & Mohammed with Ramses Tours”
Reviewed 20 May 2010

We were with Ramses on May 1st and 2nd 2010 on an overnight tour. The tour was excellent. Visited the Museum of Egyptian antiquities including the treasures of the child Tutankhamen, Pharanoic Gods and Goddesses. The Giza plateau to see the seven wonders Pyramids, the great Sphinx, burial sites of ancient Pharohs, the Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque all the wonderful ancient cites. The night of the 1st we did a dinner cruise on the Nile and we were entertained by a belly dancer and oriental show. Was very nice then we were taken to the pyramids for a naration and light show. It was just amazing to see all of this in person and our guide Mimmo and driver Mohammed were fantastic. Mimmo was well versed in everything and explained everything very well. Mohammed was a great driver. Don't know how he navigated but he did a superb job. We had a lot of fun with both of them. The hotel Sofitel was really very nice and was a 4 star hotel. If we ever get back to Egypt we would certainly ask for them again and I will recommend Ramses to anyone going to Egypt. It is certainly more fun and comfortable than on a big bus with 40 or 50 people.

“Expat Explore Egypt tour”
Reviewed 19 May 2010

I have just finished one of the most amazing tours. Egypt was awesome and I would recommend Expat Explore Egypt to everyone and anyone. Not only are the sights unbelievable, but the tour guides we had were fantastic. They helped us with any questions we had, which were a lot, and so much knoweldge to give us. The...y even got alcohol delievered to the felucca in the middle of no where.....amazing. Nothing was too much to ask. I think the 10 day tour gave us a taste of everything Egypt has to offer and definately makes us want to go back for more. Value for money and just a great tour company on both sides....London and Egypt. This is definately a tour that I will be telling people about for years to come......thanks George, Peter, Mostafa.....(You guys are terrific :-)

“off the beatten path- nightwear shopping”
Reviewed 1 May 2010

even if there are so many religious and social restrictions for women, cairo is a real gem when it comes to lingerie, satin sleepwear and sexy nightwear .There are 2 stores in downtown cairo, mohammad farid street and talaat harb, the name of the store is GIOIA and you can find all kind of colours, materials, designs. Just check them out, I'm sure they will conquer you
