If your on a budget, this would be a perfect spot for you. Family oriented doing business not kindness.

Unfortunately, They didn’t pick me up from the airport, allowed me to stay over night inside of a suit. Promised me a ride at the end of my trip…however, not one person questioned me about my flight information…. absolutely didn’t show the same courtesy leaving. Owner gave me a few souvenirs but stood over me and told me “word for word” to put in a review. My respect can’t be bought.

Workers iron my clothes for me! That was sweet.

I extended my stay in Eygpt & booked somewhere else. Don’t be afraid to say NO…Don’t let anybody pressure you. If you came to shop, cool otherwise you DON’T have to buy everything people offer you.

Booking your tours with this hotel is a waste, pay for a taxi and visit places by yourself. I was extremely disappointed by the tour guy/driver he refused to take me to the Museum of my choice; try to convince me not to go inside Cairo Tower… people spend a lot of money and travel very far.

Family was sweet, but royalty doesn’t beg.

New booking pick me up, gave me a room without stretching their hands out from money every minute, and drop me to the airport no hidden fees.

Ps. I finally made my way to the Egyptian Museum (old one) absolutely beautiful I can’t believe I almost went all the way home with out visiting.

Room tip: Don’t book tours, it’s a ripoff.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at on vacation.

The owner has to do a better job with letting people not scam you. Whether his shop owner friends or anyone else. He should recommend good places where you don’t get taken advantage of. He is a good man or comes from a good place however he needs to exemplify it more and not let all your money go to waste. He speaks well and out of kindness however he has to help us newcomers more.

I ended up buying gifts in the airport for 1/5th of the price I spent going to the stores of the owners recommendation.

The only good thing is the real hotel staff are nice and courteous and Mahmood did help me a lot. The owner should find ways on how to treat tourists on what to expect and how to combat it, and for people who are excited to visit his country he should show them the way.

Also, the breakfast is bad, there is nothing to choose from but that’s your choice if you want to eat there.

Thank you for good staff at your restaurant and the papyrus gift, but I won’t come back.

The only good thing about this hotel was the view of the pyramids FROM THE ROOF, no where else. As well as their shisha.

Their driver did not pick me up from the airport because of lack of their communication. That is a hassle, and you have to tip or you’re evil.

Also the bathroom was old, they leave you 1 packet of soap, no room service, my vent from the air conditioner fell down, and it smells like feces outside because of camels and horses.

Do yourself a favor, order Uber, it is the true price and cost and same level of service or better.

MAHMOOD WAS A GREAT TOUR GUIDE. FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE VERY END HE HELPED ME THE MOST. MY REVIEW ON THE HOTEL AND OWNER MIGHT BE NEGATIVE HOWEVER IF IT WAS NOT FOR SOMEONE LIKE MAHMOOD THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST. HE TOOK ME TO HIS SHISHA, HIS TEA SPOT, HIS BARBER, EVERYWHERE HE ENJOYED. EVERY HOTEL NEEDS SOMEONE LIKE THIS. HE TREATS A TOURIST HOW THEY SHOULD BE TREATED. IF IT WASNT FOR MAHMOOD OR HIS COUSIN ACHMED I WOULD HAVE HAD AN EVEN WORSE TIME BUT THEY MADE SURE I ENJOYED MY STAY, NO ONE ELSE.

Room tip: Have Mahmood help you with everything. No one else, get the best price you can. Do not get taken advantage of financially.

We came from Denver, Colorado and stayed in the deluxe king suite with pyramid view. Adam and his staff are so helpful and friendly, the hospitality is unmatched! Best possible view you can ask for in Giza. This is a life experience and this property has been nothing but helpful. They provided a free ride from the airport and you can book the best tours right from the lobby with the staff. Very safe property and an absolute joy to stay, the generosity is a complete pleasure. We came as tourists and left as family!!! We will definitely book here again when we return.

Adam, and his entire staff were absolutely hospitable. Deluxe king suite with pyramids view, ROOM 403 is the top spot in Giza! Tour excursion via hotel is the way to go to. Rooftop top notch, and most modern. The ride from the airport was FREE which was the nicest touch. Driver waited for us when customs took forever. Sam carried all of our luggage to the too floor. Grania the receptionist was helpful and attentive. Drinks on the house by Adam. They call me sister, makes me feel like family. Will book again

Room tip: Early flights to avoid traffic. Feel safe and secure.
