This hotel has a great view to Pyramids, but next hotels have great views as well.
We arranged pick service from CAI Airport to the hotel, but the driver showed up 35 minutes late. We ordered dinner, but the foods were delivered from a restaurant outside. Not tasty at all, cold, and we could not finish a couple of dishes.
No wifi was available in room. The staff was attentive, which was a good thing that I can comment on. Overall, it seems this hotel is overrated.

We had a warm welcome and free pick up from the airport. NEVER hire a car to drive in Egypt - the place is crazy on the roads. It is quite an experience to drive from the airport to Giza.
We were welcomed when we arrived at the INN. The place is small but adequate. Shower was great and the beds comfy. The roof top is amazing and you can see the night sound and light show from the rooftop for free. The inn is very close to the pyramids and they arranged our driver and guide for the Pyramid's tour of Giza and Memphis the next day. It was a great tour - very safe and well guided.
If you want a reasonable and well-located place to stay that is comfortable then this si a great place to stay. It is not quiet but unless you were in a double-glazed place inside a locked compound, paying a LOT more than we did then you are unlikely to get quiet in this city.

Hotel great location, just in front the entrance of Pyramid Night Light & Sound Show. My room view is very good, can saw pyramid very clear, room is simple and clean, service is great, free serve for water and coffee. Hotel staff really helpful, very nice speaking.
We stayed here for 3 nights recently. The view from the roof terrace is outstanding, you can watch the sound and light show over the pymarids without an extra cost.
The staff were very attentive although only one speaks English which can get difficult.
The rooms are simple but clean, well looked after.
The main issue we had was the cockeral in a house across the way from our room which started at 3am every day and continued throughout the day.
The other thing I don't did not like but is to be expected in Egypt was the 'gifts' when you arrive which no doubt you will be charged for and the cost of the food was a lot higher than anywhere else we have been in Egypt.
We were moved to Great Pyramid inn when we originally booked Giza.
the day of check out some IMPORTANT staff was stolen from our room when we were doing Breakfast.
so, use the safe or keeo your valuables with you
