I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West in Giza in early March 2023. The Resort there is only a few years old and the staff from upper management to all service personnel ensured my stay was as magnificent as possible. There were a few snafus based largely on communication, but management took full responsibility at each step and made my stay that much more a truly fantastic. The spa was wonderful, with his/hers hot tub, steam room, and sauna, and the variety of outdoor pools (with salt water chlorination) ensures no stinging of the eyes and your skin stays soft. I had a wonderful, top-notch massage, so make a reservation upon arrival at the resort. The upgraded suite I was in was wonderful, and I know there were even better suites as I saw large outdoor patios adjacent to my room. I would stay at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West again in an instant! Thank you to the management and staff for making my stay in West Cairo, Egypt one I'll never forget!! MarkMore
