Hotel located at one of the best location in Aswan, all rooms having very nice nile view with garden view.
All staffs are supportive and having good behaviour especially TAYSSER who supported us very well.

We spent two nights here. For a hotel that is supposed to be relatively new, everything felt dated & worn out. Also, the public areas smell like mold, possibly due to the filthy turtle/koi pond. The day we arrived, the hotel hosted a large private party outside the back of the hotel, with loud music blasting late into the night. Its puzzling why a hotel would subject their guests to loud music at night, when many wish to sleep.

Our room (a 'free' upgrade mini-suite) was not that comfortable. The bed was much more firm than I would prefer. The 2nd bathroom had no hand towels provided (yet a bath mat on the floor, despite no bath/shower).

Food was mediocre overall. Half the restaurants were closed due to the pandemic. What remained was an expensive buffet with truly odd food choices, and an Egyptian place with slow service.

Wifi was reasonably fast. Not sure that we would return, as it was not a great experience overall.

spent with my wife a lovely winter warm week at this hotel which is located on a lovely and green island in the middle of the river Nile of Egypt , the hotel over looks the city of Aswan ,and the Tomba of the ancient egyptian nobles , it is a very clean hotel and safe as well , staff are very helpful and also very freindly , the access to the hotel is only possible by a boat trip which is only 5 minutes away from the shore , the reataurants are serving excellent quality of food and drinks , both local and international varieties , service is also very good by well trained staff.

Room tip: over looking the ancient nobles tombs
