ACK arranged for us to be picked up at Nairobi airport. We were 2 hours obtaining visa so the driver had to wait a long time for us and he was very pleasant and helpful with everything. We had 2 rooms and they were clean and the bed felt great after 2 nine hour flights! The breakfast buffet was hot and tasty! What a welcome to Africa! the price was very reasonable! We purchased bottle water for our day from the staff-reasonable priced also. this is my second stay here-the first was 12 years ago.

We stayed here for a total of 7 nights during a 14 night missions trip. Rooms were more than accommodating and the meals and laundry service were an added benefit. The beds come with mosquito nets and private baths and showers. There is no AC so it does get warm while sleeping.

Very clean basic room with comfortable bed. Good security. Courteous and helpful staff. But stay here only if you don't actually want to sleep. Blasting music all night long from 11p-5a with earplugs and noise canceling headphones and windows closed ....and the room still thumps... making this hotel only worth it if you can sleep through anything. I'm a heavy sleeper that doesn't mind experiencing the country I'm in, but I will be cancelling the rest of my reservation and seeking accommodation elsewhere.

The rooms are clean with hot water and comfortable beds. While this is my sixth stay and have never had a problem before, be careful to lock your money in the safe when you leave your room. The food is average and the price is fair @ $55 for a single and breakfast.

Have stayed here many times over the years. they have had quite a facelift recently and it's a comfortable and affordable place to stay right in the centre of Nairobi, just behind Uhuru Park. Clean, quiet and nice staff.
