Tourist level hotel with plenty plenty plenty of Mainland tourist all over the floors. Smoking and loitering around with their door open as if they are living in their hometown village... Hotel has two small lift which makes travelling slow and room is small around 120sf. Plenty of tv channels and air cond is working well. Toilet as usual very compact but the worst part of the room is the bed. Never had it so hard and not in hotels all over China had we slept in such hard bed (including no star hotel). Surrounding there are plenty to eat and a short walk away is the Yau Ma Tei wet market where Wan Tan Mi is still sold at HK18 per bowl. Very short walk from the Airport Bus Stop but May not stay again.

Room tip: Ask for a floor with less Mainland Chinese

Location fine but rooms are "shocking"! Aircon old, noisy and ineffective.
Furniture stained and probably found in a skip somewhere.
Wallpaper peeling off the walls.
Altogether pretty unpleasant and checked out early.

Room tip: Even the top floor rooms which are supposed to be best in the hotel are ghastly!

The only thing going for this place is the location. We stayed here 12 years ago and liked it then. I don't think the place has been touched since. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The first room we were shown this time had a serious mould issue. You get 4 walls and a bed. That's it. No breakfast - if you felt that to be important. But it is perfectly located for Kowloon. Right by Temple St night market, near 2 subway stations, and walking distance from anywhere.

Very nice hotel, very clean lobby area, staff were friendly, lifts good, rooms were spacious and modern, could be slightly more clean in the rooms. The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean but there were stains on the chair and the curtains. There was a 180 degree view from the windows which was nice. Good location, 5 min walk to nearest MTR station. Good hotel, would recommend for people on a budget.

Room tip: High floor, better views ! I was on floor 20
