Mak's Noodle is one of the must visit places during my recent trip to Hong Kong. On our trip to the Peak, we were pleasantly surprised to find an outlet at The Peak Galleria, and not having to queue.
The restaurant is quite empty even though we went during lunch hour. We ordered the wanton noodle in soup.
When the food arrived, we were quite taken aback as it came in a small bowl and what looks like plain noodles. Upon a second look, we however found about 4 pieces of wantons in the noodle soup. The noodles are springy in texture and taste and the prawn in the wanton is crunchy and full of bite.
That outlet has a nice environment unlike the other outlets where it is noisy and crowded.
I'll be back for more.
