Visited with my family for steamboat. As we are not familiar with reading chinese menu, it was really tough trying to figure out what to order. Good thing the staff was patient enough to help and advice. They are also not pushy in asking us to order too much.

We had the melon pork bone broth for our steamboat and it was so so tasty. Strongly recommend.

Thank joltt

Steamboat dinner for a group of 5. Food was good but rather pricey. Lobster and geoduck sashimi was excellent.

Its expensive but you are paying a good quality of food. Never give it a miss if you are in Hong Kong. Just don't over order...else you won't be able to walk out of the restaurant. Search for the hours you wanna plan to have your dinner. There are discounts given on certain hours. Place is open till very late. There are different branches. There is one at Causeway Bay

We had a family of 7 plus a baby in a carriage, which the staff helped fit into the space. Selection of food to cook was excellent.
The pots had a divider to enable a hot and spicy section and mild for the more sensitive.

Despite of being a typical chinese dish, actually of mongolian origin, it's not common to find very good or moderately expensive places in HK. Well this restaurant, very near the TinHau tube station, really surprised me for the both quality, taste and variaty of the ingredients you can por into the boiling pan. Take the half spicy and half regular chicken broth option and enjoy the great meat and fish balls, the sliced beef and pork as well as the dumplings and shrimps. Service is a bit "cold" yet food is delicious. $400/ea is well worth it.
