Tallore is a Belgian soup shop on Amoy Street in Wan Chai. It is a good place for fresh and tasty soups, salads and wraps.

We visited recently and enjoyed the salad & soup combo (HK$58 + 25) and a Wrap and Soup (HK$58+25). We tried the olive vegetable soup that was delicious and the pumpkin and sage soup that was thick and tasty - needed a bit of salt and would have been really good with a bit of cumin.

Our salad box came with three choices, the pesto gorgonzola pasta was nice as was the quinoa & kale and the chicken taco potato. None of the veggie selections were outstanding but they were all good.

Lastly, our hummus wrap made upon order was nothing short of excellent. Loaded with fresh spinach, peppers, hummus and a bit of spice, this was beautiful and very tasty, a wrap we would come back for regularly if we lived in the area.

Overall, we were happy with meal from Tallore. This is a very good quick stop option for those living and staying in the Wan Chai area, fancying something healthy and reasonably priced. Note, this is mostly a take-away place but they do have a small wall table that 2-3 people can use if you want to eat at Tallore.

Some of the best salads in Wan Chai, that do change frequently. Soups as well. Reasonable value, especially with the loyalty cards. Entertainer have good deals here.
Wild rice and boloñesa dishes are substantial and quite nice, although they do not change.

We stumbled upon Tallore when looking for a late dinner. We had a wrap and a salad box, the flavours were great and the chicken wrap, which is also lightly toasted was delicious! The meal came to around £15 for two very big wraps and a large salad box. This is very reasonable for HK and for the standard of the food it is so worth it.

In terms of the salad box they had a wide selection of options to pick from and you can pick up to 3 different salads in one box- all mixed together makes for a fab salad box! Tallore also does Chilli Con Carne and soup pots, which we are really looking forward to trying. All options are healthy and prepared in front of you! Great spot for Lunch or a light dinner.

Who has the time (or kitchen space) to prepare soup here in Hong Kong? Not me! If we're craving soup or just want a quick healthy meal this is one of our favourite options. We also like their spaghetti bolognese or chili served over pasta. If you visit later in the day some of the more popular options may be sold out.
