We arrived around 2pm for lunch and felt immediately like we were unwelcome. Little effort to explain the menu, one of which was entirely in Chinese. It was a big deal to get some water. We even tried asking for it in Japanese and they didn't understand that either. The food ended up being quite nice even though they tried to get us to pay for it halfway through before it had all arrived. Then they sat down next to us and had their lunch, which explained to us why we weren't really welcome. It would have been better to tell us they were closed. Barely looked at us when we left. Not particularly good for tourists.
