I stayed here for 4 nights with my friends and it was perfect. The pool is majestic with its fountains and cabanas. A great breakfast and restaurants within the hotel. A shopping mall next door if you're into that. BUT the thing I loved the most was the spa - it was beautiful and the massages were amazing and well priced. I even went twice — Vios was my first masseuse and was wonderful, and Iwan Surya was also SOO good. This place is a perfect place to escape to.More

When I typed this review, this is the 2nd day of 4 days we stay in this hotel . Our first impression is outstanding, the staffs are very nice and friendly and I can say we stay in the 5 stars hotel with the 5 stars of services.

Location is good, heart of city, wil be surely better after the MRT construction is completed.

A beautifully designed hotel. Very comfortable hotel lobby, nice and clean room. Love the Blue Terrace (food and drink are delicious and healthy), very warm and helpful staff. It is a must visit 5 stars hotel in Jakarta :)!

First of all, nothing beats a warm hospitality from the hotels staffs. From the beginning, the check-in experience was seamless, no more than 5 minutes. We stayed in Studio suite room which was very spacious and had access to the Executive lounge for breakfast in the morning.
The Spa was heavenly, the massage therapist took good care of your personal preferences. Starting with the massage oil, pressure and also the room temperature. There's also a jacuzzi, ice pool and also sauna for your to experience.
I've heard from a friend of mine, that Ayana was famous for their Afternoon tea time. We gave it a try out of curiousity, and learned that within that month they're having a "matcha" theme Afternoon tea. It was also a lovely experience, as we were relaxing overlooking the beautiful afternoon sun.

The hotel with good location and great hospitality, Basically this is my favorite hotel for business as you can get everything close to its proximity. Mini Market, ATM, Restaurant, all just within walking distance inside the hotel area.
The room is also nice with all the amenities.
They serve great breakfast mainly on Japanese and Indonesian food. Of course Western food and some Chinese dim sum is also available.
My favorite hotel in Jakarta now.
