Recently stayed at the Millenium in Jakarta. Had everything needed for the business traveller. Will stay there again next time I am in Jakarta.

we arrived late 11pm and were told by many reasons( booking been released cause they are fully book ) but we book through the travel agent called Dwi Anugerah travel and our tour manager Jossy told us that we have to find another hotel and Mr Heru try to call many hotel and most of them are fully book. We were so upset as this kind of things will never happen as we have paid the full amount to the travel agent and agent said they had paid to hotel.
Lastly we end up in a most lousy hotel Batavia Hotel so called 4 star and it looks like a place for creepy with only dim light in the room.
So we managed to check in into this Millenium hotel again on our last day and the room , breakfast and mostly are ok. Make sure if we wanna book a hotel in Indonesia we have to confirm and confirm again otherwise our rooms will be released.

I write with deep regret that you had to go through such inconvenience.

While it is a fact that the hotel was fully booked when you arrived, allow me to explain that the hotel was not in receipt of any payment for your booking prior to your arrival. Please be informed that we were initially contacted by Dwi Anugerah Travel but they did not firm up your reservation as they have decided to course your booking via another local wholesaler that didn’t want to guarantee your booking when we were following up at around 6:00 pm on your arrival date which resulted to the release of your reservation.

I hope that you will still give us the opportunity to be of service to you in your next visit to Jakarta so that we are able to correct whatever negative impression you may now have about our products and services.

The hotel was overbooked when we arrived at 1AM, so we had to check in at another hotel. Naturally, we weren't very pleased. Heru, the manager on duty, escorted us to another hotel as well as personally picked us up at 6AM later the same day.

We were given a room at the club floor. Very clean, had the following amenities: hair dryer, toiletries, flat-screen tv, mini-fridge, slippers and robes. The complimentary buffet breakfast has many choices from different types of bread, breakfast/deli meat, cheese, eggs. They even had fried rice, noodles, chicken wings, etc. The food was quite good. There is a cook who could make your omelets to order.

Everything went splendidly after the initial snafu. Aside from an apology note, the duty managers Heru and Wemmy ensured we had everything we needed. Service was polite and sincere. They helped us plan our trips around the city. Mr. Mercado, the general manager, met us to apologize in person. How often does that happen?! They kindly provided other complimentary services.

Millenium did its best to rectify the overbooking situation, and we went home happy customers. Excellent service did the trick.

After a long tiring flight it was a relief to have the comfort and all round good service.from this hotel. We stayed two nights, found the staff very helpful and the breakfast plentyful. The only.down side was the pool got no Sun due to the.surrounding highrises. Nice and central, close to the national museum and monument, and 5 min taxi to the train station. We ate at the plaza mall which again very close.

I got a good deal from Agoda to stay at the CLub Room of this hotel. The location is very strategic to those who intend to shop at Tanah Abang as you can merely walk the 300 metres to the said shopping centre.

The Club Room is located at the 14 & 15th floors, ours was at 14th. The room was adequately spaced but at par with other hotels Deluxe room. It is furnished with a king bed with 4 pillows, LCD TV which i believe is 30", bathrobe, slippers and the minibar and fridge was adequately stocked.

The bathroom is medium in size and amenities includes dental kit, sewing kit and normal shampoo and shower gel. There's also iron & ironing board in the cupboard and shoe shine kit.

What i like the most about the room is it provides you a wonderful view overlooking Thamrin business district.

The food served either from the room service or the buffet breakfast was not really tasty to my liking. The buffet breakfast selections were great with adequate offerings of local and western dishes.

I believe the main benefit of staying at CLub Room is that you may use the CLub Floor business centre/area.
