Saw some banners advertising a Hockney exhibition until September at STPI so I thought I'd go along.
It's located in Robertson Quay which is a pleasant ten minute stroll along the riverside from Clarke's Quay station.
There are 36 lithographic works by Hockney on display in a pleasantly cool series of rooms.
There were a few examples of his swimming pool themed work and I also liked his colourful works from Hotel Acatlan in 1985 as well as the more recent Four Blue Stools from 2014.
Admission is free and it was most pleasant to browse his work in comfort, rather than with the crowds at the Tate Britain for his recent exhibition in London.
