A quick in and out eating place serving decent Vietnamese. Tried their Wagyu Beef Pho and Lemongrass Drink. Not a place you would want to go if you do not like crowded places. I could hear the conversation of the people from the next table.

All the pages on their menus say that they use zero MSG, but all the bottles of condiments (NamNam branded bottles ) list monosodium glutamate(MSG). Don't waste your time or appetite here, find a hawker stall and get some good food for a 20th the price.

@TheKuoKnows

NamNam does many of the important things right. It serves good food; its prices are reasonable and it gets the fare from kitchen to table promptly.

The menu is not exactly extensive, though. But the "shampoo algorithm" is the secret of a successful fast-food eatery..... Wash, Rinse, Repeat....

The Pho is well executed. The volume of broth tends to be a tad meagre. More soup is available on request. But it is chargeable.

The Vietnamese herbs, which are essential for a good Pho, is also a chargeable extra. Not good enough, in my view.

The Banh Mi, which is filled to bursting, is outstanding. The Pulled-Pork filling, with its strong scent of lemongrass, is my favourite. It is very flavoursome.

If there is a gripe, it would be tea. Nam Nam doesn't serve it. Coffee, yes. But tea, no. Isn't it about time to put a mug of hot cha on the menu, for us tea lovers?

Went there for lunch and ordered the oxtail beef soup which was amazing.. others ordered the BBQ pork and seafood dish which was also polished off. The wings were delicious and caramelized. You may have to wait for a table but well worth it. Not expensive too.

Came here for dinner. Order beef combination pho. Overall was okay. The soup was not hot and kinda tasteless, you got to add more soy sauce and lime to make it more tasty. Service was also standard. Menu is also limited to noodles and banh mi
