The apartment itself was large with security. My friend and I arrived in the afternoon with no one there to greet us..a couple of phone calls later, Danny's assistant came and that was the only time we saw her. What rhe ad did not say was that the apartment faced a very busy four lane highway..it was extremely noisy with car alarms going off, sirens, drag racing at night and of course, dogs barking. The last ten days we were there a strong unpleasant odour in the master bath. we contacted the assistant and she responded three days later..it took five days for the plumber to come.,.he looked and went away..never to be seen again! The windows do not close securely so in hard rainstorms, the windows leak. We were there for a month and we're glad to leave.
I have travelled to many parts of the world and this was the least favourite of all the places.
It took us some time to find this apartment. We had originally booked one of Beth G's dungeons. Water poured through the ceiling of the "dining room" every time it rained among many other horrors and she and her husband ignored our requests for help and for a refund when we were forced to leave.
Then we found this apartment. It was like the difference between night and day. The apartment is light and sunny, the two elevators always work. The people who work on the desk at the entrance are courteous, helpful, and very friendly. But the best attribute of all is that when I called about a few minor problems Danny called within minutes and took the action needed to correct the problems. Right from the start Danny made it clear that he cared very much about our needs. We highly recomend renting this apartment if it is available
