We ate dinner, a late snack lunch and breakfast here during our stay. The building itself is very old and was once the mint. Everything from scrambled egg to very fine steak is perfectly cooked. The service is excellent - friendly and helpful but no way in your face. It is a bit bright at night but where else in Arequipa would you get a harpist to entertain you at breakfast.
In summary - quirky but very good.
