I had a lasagne (with complimentary bread and butter) and a chilcano. Personnel was very kind. The place is welcoming, rather small, feels family like. They also sell patisserie to take away. The lasagne was well served and tasty.

Surrounded by the white stones of the colonial buildings we indulged in fresh juices, quiches, salad and pasta. Could use good WiFi to connect with the family in Europe. And we finished eating an apple tart (sweet sour crumbled delicacy) and well brewed creamy coffee. Quiet place but excellent - not fast food but freshly made and yummy.
We did not go for breakfast, but the pictures of the breakfast and the menu look so good.

During our year in Arequipa, we had breakfast here quite a bit! I always had the Despensa which consisted of bread, avocado and a pastry. One of my favorite places for breakfast in the city. And they have great coffee! If I wanted to splurge, I would go to Casta Fior, my other breakfast favorite with French Toast and Eggs Benedict to die for!

This is a really good spot for lunch, great rolls, quiches and sweets. Brilliant juices and nice and cold. Good wifi. Excellent pastries and cheap. 2 juices and 2 pastries for under $10 Aus.

This is a lovely place to stop for fresh and delicious salads and sandwiches. The coffee is great, too.

We had a quiche and a salad with avocado, which were perfect.

Especially after the sometimes heavy Peruvian food, you find plenty of lighter options here.

I can highly recommend stopping here for a light lunch or dinner. If you want anything to take away that's possible, too.

We went here a second time to get some Calabrese focaccia (typical northern Italian rosemary pizza with tomato mozzarella basil) and a ham sandwich. Everything was delicious again.

Thank Andreas C
