The location is the best spot to highlight for Hotel Llaqta, only 3 blocks away from the Miraflores Malecón boulevard and the Larcomar Comercial Center.

Very safe to walk at night, in a quiet street zone. Free wi-fi and nice but very basic breakfast for morning. The rooms are very comfortable, air conditioner, three beds, tv, and there is potable bottled water for free at the lobby.

Room Tip: Rooms on the second floor over lobby seems the best ones

This hotel is amazing. Its down a quiet and safe residential street, yet still very close to all the excitement of Miraflores. The bluffs are only a couple blocks away. Larcomar and Av Larco are also just a couple blocks away. There are plenty of great restaurants (both fancy and budget options). The room was a bit worn and in need of updating, but that wasn't a big deal, especially since the price was very reasonable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was typical of many Peruvian hotels (eggs, breads, juice, coffee, fruit). The pool and lounge areas were very relaxing. I will probably make this my first choice on future visits to Lima.

We happen to stay in Lima before flying back out of Peru. Wonderful place in Miraflores. Great location as it close to the running path and to all attraction near the beach.

Average breakfast, but they made special hot eggs for us. 24 hrs reception and the doors are actually closed so more secured.

If you want to experience a simple, quiet hotel in Miraflores (Lima, Peru) only two blocks from the ocean, then Hotel Llaqta is your cup of tea. Rodolfo picked us up at the airport and returned us there four days later. He speaks excellent English and is a very good driver. The hotel staff bends over backwards to help you, whether it's to offer that they'll make some scrambled eggs, or they'll give you assistance with directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. Not fancy, but clean and nicely put together. Our only regret was that it wasn't quite warm enough to chance a swim in the small pool

Room Tip: Pick the top floor, but away from the street.

We stayed there several nights and my sister had been staying there many times before. Rooms are simple, not big, but clean and nicely decorated and you get hot shower when ever you want. Like in most of the places in Peru, the rooms are not soundproofing - it did not bother us, because there were no loud noise, only some sounds on people living next door. The Stuff was very helpful although all of them, unfortunately not even in front desk, could´t speak english. But still, the atmosphere was cosy and helpful what ever we asked for them - and we asked a lot! My sister got sick and the cook made us religious chicken soup in 20 minutes and we got tee every night for free when asked it. Checking out didn´t happen very quickly, I understood that they have a machine /program that takes time to warm up, so take some time to do it (not in a hurry). They have now a days a driver of their own who seems to be former butler in US..or something, but very nice man who can take you to the airport. Location is best, in a quiet street between bigger hotels and local apartments. In one backyard near by we saw a turtle with cats hanging in there :) and its easy to walk in few minutes to everywhere in Miraflores; shopping center Larco Mar, Beach, Amore Park and so on. And yeah, the breakfast was decent: different kind of fruits, rolls, cake, cereals, yoghurt, marmalade and butter and freshly made eggs made by your choise. Small pool also and birds
