The new villas have very nice, clean rooms with large bathrooms. The breakfast was in a lovely restaurant with a very nice buffet and coffee. The pool and spa facilities were reasonably priced for hotel guests and very modern.

We were 10 friends who visited Sofia for 3 days. We booked this hotel because it was next to the mountain and it gives the feeling of being home. The small villas and the good food made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely visit again!

Room Tip: When we visited there was wifi only in the lobby, which was a little inconvenient but still we enjoyed the stay.

Exceptional facilities for sports and an original layout with. villas-in-a-village-complex cum wedding chapel and football/basketball/tennis court and green gardens. Sadly food at the restaurant is inedible, breakfast is worse than a small hostel. Reputation for noisy out-of-control pool parties but looked like it's deserted by Bulgarians long time ago, except a wedding and occasional foreign athletes. As I am writing this it's raining and the roof of the restaurant is leaking over all the tables outside and our feet are all wet :( Spa is adequate but not impressed as most of the lights in the saunas are melting out of their sockets. Considering the general state of disrepair and inadequacy of services, I would say the quality is at 50% of the original concept so 2 stars should be stripped and can only recommend this as a sports complex for athletes on a diet and no accessibility for wheelchairs! Be aware that it's out of town on a ring and no shuttle service so need taxi to go out for lunch and dinner!

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor as the ground floor balconies can easily be accessed from the street

We booked 4 nights at the hotel. After the first night we checked out. The walls of the hotel are very thin, you can hear everything...the rooms are in bad condition. The hotel also organizes pool-parties. You can not recover or sleep there...That is not a 4* hotel...
