On the whole I really like this place, but bear in mind that you have to take the good with the bad.

The room was one of the biggest I've stayed in at any hotel, and so was the bed! The bathroom was big as well, probably bigger than most hotel rooms in London, for example. The spa/pool area was clean and fairly luxurious, although you have to pay a little extra for using these facilities.

The restaurant serves excellent food for a very low cost, and drinks are really cheap too. Breakfast, which is served in a basement with decorations from the seventies, was close to a disaster though. Never mind, the good outweighs the bad, and I will definitely return.

This hotel is way out of Sofia's centre and it's not a typical hotel, there are over 20 different houses with apartments. The reception is at the main building and the staff are not friendly or welcoming at all. They don't give any information about the spa or the breakfast's time and place. The wifi is ok. This hotel is build for sport's teams visiting Sofia, there are sport playgrounds everywhere and it's noisy. When we entered the toilet smelled like urine. There is a glass door to the toilet which is not soundproof, and that is not comfortable or good. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was disaster. I don't recommend this hotel except when you are a young football team.

The room itself was lovely. Unfortunately there was absolutely no information about the hotel itself, the spa or the restaurant which was slightly frustrating. I ordered room service and was yelled at by the waiter for not having cash to pay him (again, no information stating this and when I asked him to charge it to the room he stormed off). The bed is really comfortable! The pillows are not. The shower is amazing. If a few of these issues were addressed, it would have been a perfect stay.

In between disinterested and rude staff, to the imposing football ground, it was nothing more than a truly disappointing experience. We stayed when there was what we think a prom at the hotel and they closed the restaurant with no warning. Baring in mind, the hotel is off the motorway and requires a taxi to get to any of the nearby towns. We had kids from the prom shouting all night, beeping car horns incessantly and when they subsided dogs started barking and fighting. Breakfast was adequate but the outside area was still littered with cigarette butts on the tables and floor from the night before.

Positives were that the deluxe room was comfortable and had a good rain shower.

I would recommend to stay away from this hotel.

just dont book this hotel because it is horrible and the stuff is unfriendly and also the spa was closed for renovation so better book your stay somewhere else where you will be treated like a customer
