Interesting to see this kind of buildings when knowing what kind of poverty that exist in the country. A mighty sight though.

Impressive, must see, Worthwhile experience. If you visit Bucharest, and not visit this palace, you would make a mistake. It's huge part of romanian history and... well its huge ;-)

I guess visiting the palace is a "must" thing to do if visiting Bucharest. Do not expect too much however: the tour of the palace consists of nothing more than rooms, which are not particularly interesting. Of course the tour guide does great job bringing the rooms to life and telling about their history. You get to see the balcony from which Michael Jackson waved when touring Bucharest. You cannot visit the palace by yourself.

This building , apart from the fact that you can see it from space because of the size ( another 2 are pentagon and Chinese wall) is a tribute to " democracy of kommunism and its beliefs , so this is must visit building.

Booked the standard tour and visited several of the floors, halls and rooms. Amazing to see this space.
