Serving relatively small menu but all things traditional serb, you can't go without trying the horse meat tartar! Truly a life experience. The place is unpretentious, with truly friendly and kind staff, amazing prices and an all-round experience of Serbian cuisine. Recommended for foodies!

Fantastic food and atmosphere.

Very traditional, cosy and homely place, so was the food, great ambiance and the steaks are amazing.
Our friend brought us here and we got to taste some local delicacies. The steak was so soft and juicy. Potkovica apparently is known for its horse meat dishes.
The house wine was really good. I am not much of a drinker nor a fan of strong stuff but Rakia here seems to be quite popular. Not what you call a quiet place but definitely gives you a homely feeling. Staff is very friendly, even the chef came out and said hi.

Was staying nearby, and very glad decided to give his place a try. The horse tartare was smooth and buttery, and the sausages delicious. The service was excellent and very friendly, would deffinatly go here again when next in Belgrade.

This is one of the genuine Kafana’s in Belgrade. It’s not only a restaurant - it’s a home :)
Perfect food - that’s for sure. It’s the only place in Belgrade where I eat horse meat, especially Tatar stake. Relaxed atmosphere with direct and friendly staff.
