“Crimean feeling, hospitality”
Review of Musafir

Musafir
Ranked #3 of 2,418 Restaurants in Kiev
Certificate of Excellence
Price range: US$2 - US$7
Description: Musafir is a traditional Crimean Tatar kitchen place in down town Kiev. We serve Crimean Tatar soups, traditional meat pastry - chebureki and jantik, steam dumplings - manti and hanuma; meat pies - burma and kobete; grilled menu - shashliki, lula, steaks. We also serve a lot of green tea, and traditional Turkish coffee prepared on hot sand. The design is simple, slightly eastern, the service is great (we hope and we work very hard to make sure). The place is not pretentious, we have free wifi, and pretty democratic prices.

Musafir is my favourite restaurant in Kyiv for several reasons. First is that they cook perfect Yantyk. Second, superior service. Third, great location. And finally Crimen Tatars culture is very interesting.

An excellent place to eat. A good choice of meals, which are testy, fresh, and quick serviced. And good beer too. Nothing is overpriced

The restaurant offers Tatar national food. The food is of good quality. Prices are modest. Minimum decorations, focus on food. Dishes are servied within 10 min, as a rule. Also, there is one or several tables with foreigners in this place, probably, thanks to high rating at TripAdvisor. Waiters are friendly. Overall, positive experience. Recomment for trying it.

On arrival service was above and beyond from the moment we sat down. Staff are helpful in selecting dishes and the quality of the food was excellent. Pastry dishes were flawless and a must try.
Nicely designed with relaxing ambiance.
