Great location - access to main business spots - staff is very friendly and they will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need - rooms nice and clean all the time.

From the person at the door that greets you all the way to housekeeping, the service was wonderful. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was average, and dated, although it had all the amenities you expect to see: shower cap, toothpaste, blow dryer, etc...Staying on a VIP floor gives you a couple free cocktails and finger food at your disposal,. But the hotel is showing its age, the elevator is slow, and you can just see the greatness of the hotel may have been about 30 years ago. The hotel is located close to nice eating establishments and close to many of my meetings.

They were hospitable in every way; a great breakfast spread and overall hospitality. Slightly overcooked seafood but that's my only real complaint. The selection of food and drink was wide and enjoyable.

The hotel was very good because of the location, the cleanliness and service, my only recommendation is that they should offer complimentary breakfast and a minibar in the rooms. The value of the hotel could be raised to an upper upscale group if these additional services would be included.

The location of the hotel is good, wifi works well.
When I entered the room and turned on the light there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I couldn’t take a shower properly as the bath was clogged, the water did not drain.
