Service at this hotel was excellent. The food at the restaurant was among the best in the city. I really enjoyed the dining around the pool. The rooms were simple and clean. The Hotel Terraza was a great value and experience.More

I went to El Salvador knowing a little about this hotel,it surprisingly amazed me.The hotel by the time I was on there were remodeling the rooms so it was kind of noise nothing out of the world.Rooms are very spacious big beds Bathrooms have everything but I would love to see better and bigger pillows also a mini fridge be super nice and I want to specifies that I couldn’t find any way to watch a soccer game that was a disappointment other that the rooms and service was supper the food amazing the pool was nice very well located Having breakfast by the hotel attended by the staff was outstanding I really recommended this hotel you won’t regret it very good price for a well located hotel It really surprised me

This is a hotel with no upgrades since the 80’s can’t have any visits after 10 pm my friends came over to go out to the bars and since the bars starts late they met me here around 9:00 but then at 10:00 pm I got a call to my room stating that the visits was over....

Good neighbor, close to financial companies, good service but rooms and venues quite old. Food is ok but not excellent, price quite high in comparison whit others hotels such as Holiday Inn and Crown Hotel

I stayed for over a week here, and while it's not luxury accommodations, this hotel is clean, safe, has good food, and has great staff. They're great with events, plus the bartenders and waiters are all super nice. The rooms are decent, and definitely comfortable for a medium-term stay. The biggest recommendation I can make for the Hotel is that they need to update their gym... but honestly, even having a gym is helpful!
