Great for a mission trip

Nice hotel. All the bells and whistles. Good beds, good AC, laundry service, transportation service, great front desk, good breakfast, good dinner, strong wifi. Good location. All you could ask for. Stayed for a week. Very reasonable price. Stayed there in 2011 now in 2021. Same good quality both times. Would stay there again. Great view of the volcano.

I recommend this hotel!

I’ve stayed here at least 12 times. Great breakfast buffet, always a clean room, 100% safe, extremely friendly staff. I come here on mission trips. Get an apartment! The fridge, washer, dryer, and meeting space are well worth it! My one wish: that they would allow more in a room for mission trips to help us keep our costs down.

Always professional personable and well appointed

We travel regularly to ES and always stay at the Plaza as our first choice. Breakfast is fantastic and the open patio provides a relaxed business atmosphere or great family gathering spot. Best of all is the professional yet personal staff

excellent value, nice location

Extremely friendly staff, very clean rooms, really nice breakfast, loved the suites. Additionally, the hotel is across the street from Torre Futura where you can find many food options or just a nice coffee.

Good Stay

Rooms are comfortable and very clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is the best one I have yet to visit. The hotel is very well located, everything was close to us. Pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel
