I stayed at the Marriott because of the blizzard. Later I needed them to change the payment from points to a corporate credit credit. They told me they probably could not do it, but would check later. I told the operations manager that this should be easy and the solution was unacceptable. The bottom line is she became aggressive, abusive, and rude towards me. This abuse included grabbing a shovel before I could use it to clear out my car.
This was by far the worst customer service experience service at a hotel I have ever had in my life!
Additionally, there was no coffee out, no cookies, and the coffee maker was broken in my second room. It was my second room because the first had a broken heating system.
Last, but not least, it was really noisy outside and neither my wife nor I could get any sleep.
My recommendation? There are other nice hotels in the Auburn/Lewiston area. Go to those instead!!More
