We went with 3 other couples for Christmas Stroll weekend. Location couldn't be beat for that, we walked everywhere! Carl and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Allowed us flexibility to check in early and check out late to coincide with our ferry schedule. Greeted us warmly every day and provided awesome breakfasts! The fruit was amazing. Comfortable beds, clean, fresh linens. Hope to return in the summer. Just all around great time.

We stay at the Veranda house in the summer, but this was our first time at the Nantucket Christmas Stroll. The cozy fireplace was wonderful on cool December days.
Carl and his staff are impeccable hosts, so warm and accommodating!

We had probably the smallest room and quite expensive (but this is Nantucket!) but the Veranda House was delightful and the breakfast exquisite. The location was an easy walk to town, and while we did not go to the beach there is one nearby, and the hotel has back pack type beach chairs. It is seasonal closed mid October to mid April or thereabouts.

Room Tip: Their web page shows all the different rooms and each room appears to be priced individually.

Absolutely perfect. Emilio was sooo helpful. (Loved the wine and cookies!) Very helpful regarding places to eat, what to see and do. Definitely a place to go when in Nantucket. Can't wait to go back and sit in the fireplace room and relax after a busy day seeing the Island.
