This hotel offers lovely rooms, excellent services, and great dining options. The staff was exceptionally professional, and all were bilingual (some exceptionally fluent in English). It is near the town square, making a great base for seeing the city.
There was a small problem with our 2nd room reservation, and the staff more than made up for the confusion.
The breakfast buffet is delicious, with options that pleased our family of three. There is pure water in every room.
You can book tours from the hotel. We loved the tour to Ximché and Lake Atitlán with Leonel Azurdia.More
