Begovic boarding house is located right next to a strip of restaurants and cafes and a short walk to the beach. The bus stop is right down the stairs so you can get the bus to old down within ten minutes. The hostel is very clean and I felt really comfortable in my stay. Our host 'Bega' went above and beyond for us. Vuelling airline lost our luggage and Bega went above and beyond to get it back for us by constantly calling the airline and translating for us. When he picked is up from the airport he showed us what bus to catch, and how to get around town easily. He was very funny and made the stay 100% better then any other hostel. It's around $50 a night but seriously worth it because there isn't many hostels that show you everywhere to go and help you with anything you need.

The Location is just perfect: it's a 2 minutes walk from the centre of Lapad - Dubrovnik's vividest quarter. The bus takes you to the old town in 10 minutes. The terrace where you can take your breakfast or hang out in the evening is overlooking the city. The family is massively helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit small and could do a but better, but they are very clean. I would always go there again.

Bega and his family were extremely friendly and helpful on our arrival. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean, good value for money and a great view from outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my friend went to Dubrovnik for a night only. We were looking around in the autobusna stanica and the cute owner found us. Turns out he worked in shipping in Turkey for seven years.

Place has air conditioning so, we didn't get cold (as it was January) and minus the stairs place was amazing.
Also the price was really reasonable. And the owner drove us back to the bus station with no extra charge. He even bought us coffee while waiting for the bus.

Highly recommended!!

Ps. The view was awesome.

For starters the location was perfect, walking distance from the beach, a ton of restaurants, cafes, and hotels. surrounded by beautiful homes and scenery from the boarding house.
the hospitality was amazing, we were three girls and i couldn't ask for a more homey, cozy, and safe environment. As soon as we got there we got all relevant information on the best spots to visit, the best food, beach, and how to make the most of our time in Dubrovnik.

This was great and i advise anybody to spend some time here
