We would have liked to have given 5 stars but pillows were hard andtoo large they gave us a sore neck. Everything else was good. Shower, WiFi, safe, location, staff and it was clean. We don’t know if they have better pillows

A great stay in a lovely boutique hotel in Zadar. The hotel is situated next to the walls of the old city and close to the port. It is small but with friendly helpful staff who all speak English. The room was large, well equiped and clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. There is no restaurant but there is a big choice of restaurants, bars and coffee shops close bye. Parking is a bit limited as the hotel only has 3 places and public parking can be tight! Great place to stay in Zadar

Located at the old city it’s a perfect location to spend time to wonder around Zadar old town. The rooms was clean and with all contemporary comforts. Breakfast was great and with reasonable choices.
There are public parking spaces. Quiet area and friendly staff completes a great experience

My family spent two nights at this hotel toward the end of Sept 2019.
It was a very late check in (approx. 10pm and it was pouring rain outside), but the check in was smooth and painless.
Our room was very clean and spacious. It had a very large window facing the street at ground level, albeit with curtains that you could close if you didn't want a view of the people walking by. At first I was a little concerned about privacy and all, but walking down the street the next morning outside the room, I realised that you cannot see into the room itself from the street (has some sort of reflective type surface which makes it difficult to see through), which is good.
The location of the hotel itself was great too. It was quiet in the evenings and a close enough walk to any of the main touristy spots in Zadar (Sea Organ, Cathedral, Monument to the Sun, etc.)
Breakfast was good too.
Based off this experience I would recommend considering staying at this hotel if/when travelling to Zadar.

We were pleased with accommodations at this (10) room boutique hotel. Super location. Pay for the reserved parking spot; well worth it.
Ann-Marie & Antonija were delightful & very helpful with breakfasts & front desk.
A couple things we noticed & recommend: *Ask for your free bottled water, it was not given nor offered to us. *The room temp is controlled by the staff. You need to ask to have your room cooled or warmed. *Water heater ran low in our two rooms. During our showers the water started warm, got cold & stayed cold.

We stayed 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The staff was so very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with everything we needed. The breakfast had good choices and the eggs were cooked to order. We always enjoy small boutique hotels and this did not disappoint.
