What you think of this hotel and how you rate it really depends on the type of room you get - they have both dark, windowless broom cupboard style rooms, but also spacious light filled ones as well. Easy to see which one I got - and on a high floor, so I had to negotiate the slippery faux marble stairs or wait for the worlds slowest lift. Staff were pleasant enough l suppose, without being overly so. The pluses? Great central location, and the breakfast was pretty decent.

Everything about this hotel is great. It is located in the centre near the main walkline, it is quiet, the staff is excellent, the breakfast food is great, it is clean and neat. The only thing that I didn't like is that somerooms don't have windows, whis is a bit claustrofobic.

Room tip: check if there is a window in a room, some rooms don't have windows, and that is the only bad thing about this hotel.

Had a one night stay at this place, but everything seems good. Nice staff and owner, tidy room and a price/quality worth breakfast included. Wifi doenst have the best connections on the 4th floor. Parking is free and possible, but keep in mind that there is limited space.

Stayed 1 night as part of Intrepid tour. Did not know what to expect in Serbia but enjoyed my stay in Novi Sad. Room was quite large with 2 double beds, fridge, and enclosed balcony. Hotel was located walking distance to many bars, shops, and restaurants that stayed open (what seemed like) all night long. Overall pleasant stopover on the way to Belgrade

Great location. Car park space available out the front of the hotel. Rooms were dated but very clean. Hotel offered a lovely basic breakfast and the coffee was great. Free wifi. A/C. Laundry service available. Good price. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zenit.
