The hotel is super clean but unfortunately they do not have a terrace where you can serve breakfast. The options for breakfast are quite good. Haven't visited the spa or the gym but we were impressed by the room's view.
The personnel is friendly.

Do something with the parking, as you have free parking in front of the hotel for the weekend only and the parking spots are limited.

The hotel is located at 10-15 min. walk from city center. The + is that your are located in a quiet district (but many shops available for a late shopping) and close to more quiet beaches. The maritime park is very enjoyable.
Bus 409 to and from the airport is stopping at the bus stop 25 m. from the hotel.

The room I had was very big and very well furnished. Marble in the bathroom, bathtub + shower, coffee, very big and confortable bed etc. Flawless. Although the wall are not perfectly sound proof.
The breakfast buffet was very nice with salty elements like fishes, cold cut, eggs different ways and aslo sugary with excellent waffles, croissants etc. Fresh and dried fruits, yogourts and a variety of bread. Everything was fresh (/just cooked) (except the organge juice, undrinkable indeed).
I would like to recommend to the staff to get the cheese, cold cut and fruits etc. out of the fridge some time before serving it because it was very very cold.

Staff is very young. Very professional but not truly engaged.

If I had to come back to Varna, I will go in this hotel.

Just returned from the Rosslyn Dimyat hotel.
Arrived late at night, small problem with allocated room as was smoky, (not the hotel's fault) was initially moved to lower level room and then upgraded the following morning to the 10th floor. Was done without any dramas. Thank you Ivona for dealing with so courteously and efficiently.
Huge modern room with wonderful views towards the Sea Gardens and the Black Sea beyond.
Very conveniently situated, short walk across the road (underground subway) to the restaurants and beach and easy walking distance to the city.
My wife made full use of the spa, she was impressed with the quality of service at very competitive prices.
We didn't try the restaurant but did order room service and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, again reasonably priced.
Well done to the gentleman who runs the bar, delivers the room service food and can also be found in the restaurant in the morning organising the breakfast! All done with a big smile.
We are frequent visitors to Varna and couldn't have been any happier with our stay, would certainly recommend for families and business people.
